What personal information is stored?

None. We don't store your name, email, phone, address, or device fingerprint.

Can the business see when I visited?

No. They see monthly totals, such as how many stamps, how many redemptions, but never per-customer history as stamp dates and times are not captured.

Is my data shared between businesses?

No. Each business sees only their own card. If you use the same recovery key across businesses, that's your choice.

How do I get a card?

You need to visit the business you want to join and scan the QR code at their counter to get set up.

What is a recovery key?

Your cards are stored against a unique identifier based on the moniker you choose at signup.

If you move to a new device, scan the business QR code and choose "I have a recovery key", and enter it.

What if I lost my recovery key?

If you didn't save your recovery key, your cards and stamps cannot be reclaimed, and we are unable to help.

Can I change my QR code?

Yes, you can change your QR anytime from the Key tab.

What if my recovery key or QR code is exposed?

Your recovery key reveals no personal information, because none is stored, and there's no master list of your cards that can be accessed.

Your QR code only allows stamping, and cannot be used to discover your recovery key.

If you're ever concerned, you can delete everything from the Key tab, then sign up again at the business to start over with a new key.

Can I delete everything?

Yes. The app has a delete option in the Key tab that removes all your cards permanently.
